Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the breathtaking views and luxurious spa facilities were fantastic, the service left much to be desired and was quite disappointing at times. The food was excellent, but the experience was marred by staff attitude and long wait times. Despite the stunning location, the service did not match the quality of the facilities.
